Listing businesses that have a no guns sign posted at entry
***This is not an anti-gun site! This site is here to help those who are responsible citizens and follow the laws of the State of Arizona.
This page is designed to provide a list of places throughout the State of Arizona of businesses that ask you not to carry a firearm into their business. This list is merely maintained to provide you some help in planning your day so you'll now where you can and cannot carry a firearm. This list is in no way designed to be a political statement nor condemnation of these businesses in any way shape or form.
If you are aware of business in the State of Arizona that does not allow firearms on their premises please send me an email. In the body of your private message do please provide any contact information you have for the business itself so the information can be verified. Too, please tell me the major cross streets.
In Arizona, if a business has a sign posted NO GUNS ALLOWED than an average citizen cannot carry a gun, with a concealed carry permit (CCW) or otherwise. If they do enter the business with a firearm, and not in an emergency situation, they are technically committing criminal trespassing. That said, if this site is interested in expanding into providing the same type of information in other states if their statutes are similar with regards to the businesses right.
This page in no way attempts to define any legal issues. Nor should this page be considered legal advice. For more information on legal issues concerning firearms ownership, deployment, carry, etc. I ask that you visit: www.packing.org or www.nra.org

A word about Indian Reservations......
The various Indian Reservations located within the State of Arizona are technically their own “country” insomuch as they have the right to make their own laws. Generally, the reservations prohibit firearms carry by anybody not a citizen of that nation. Proceed with caution when on or driving through any reservation.
Regal Cinemas.......
Most of the Regal Cinemas have a very very small sign (about the size of the email button at the bottom of this page) stating that firearms are prohibited within the premises. The statutes of the state require plainly visible signs to anybody entering and thus they probably are not within compliance of the statutes ....thus, if you enter a Regal Cinema with a weapon you do so at your own risk.
welcome to no firearms allowed
